How to Get the Best Product Image
A clear and high-quality photo goes a long way! Here are some guidelines to help you take the best picture of your pet:
- Take your photo in a well-lit space.
- Do your best to get a photo of your pet on a plain background.
- Photos of your pet sitting or standing up with your pet’s head and chest visible work best.
*We advise NOT to upload pictures taken using portrait mode it may lead to blurry parts of your pet that are crucial for the design process.
**Blurry or dark photos will not allow us to capture a clear illustration of your pet.
Shipping Information
We partner with a nationwide network of printing companies and third-party companies to help us print and ship your products as efficiently and cost-effective as possible. Because our shipping is fulfilled by third-party companies, you may find that your product is delivered with information from our third-party partners. Information from our third-party partners may include fulfillment documents, stickers, or tags. Although you may receive this information from our third-party partners, Pets to Prints is involved with each and every step of getting your product to you, and we never share non-order related information about our customers with our third-party partners.

*Printing is also not a perfect process, the colors on screen may print a little off compared to your print. It is impossible to get the exact color on screen on the printed material. It will be very close but not exact.
