Our Policies

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders have a 2 hour window to be cancelled. The two hour window begins when customers receive an order confirmation from Pets to Prints. An order is not eligible for cancellation beyond the two hour cancellation window. 

PHOTO CHANGES

Any changes to photos on an already completed purchase will be allowed for a 2 hour window. The 2 hour photo change window begins when customers receive an order confirmation from Pets to Prints. Any photo changes after the 2 hour photo change window will not be accepted by Pets to Prints. 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction are at the utmost importance to us. If your product is not what you expected, was damaged during shipping, or you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, then please email us at petstoprints@yahoo.com. Our customer service team will work with you to make it right. 

Be advised that due to the nature of our personalized product line, no returns will be granted on personalized/customized products. Returns will only be granted on products in our lifestyle product line. When requesting a refund, please have your order number handy. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation that you received via email at the time of purchase. 

Quick Policies:

Time: You have a month from the time you order to decide if you want a refund/return.

Method of refund: Return to the same payment method.

Product Condition: Product must be like new, as how you opened it.

Refund Contact Info: Use the refund request form.

Charges: You have to pay for the shipping back to us.

*Printing is also not a perfect process, the colors on screen may print a little off compared to your print. It is impossible to get the exact color on screen on the printed material. It will be very close but not exact. 

Do not return any items to our third-party partners. They will be unable to help you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We partner with a nationwide network of printing companies and third-party companies to help us print and ship your products as efficiently and cost-effective as possible. Because our shipping is fulfilled by third-party companies, you may find that your product is delivered with information from our third-party partners. Information from our third-party partners may include fulfillment documents, stickers, or tags. Although you may receive this information from our third-party partners, Pets to Prints is involved with each and every step of getting your product to you, and we never share non-order related information about our customers with our third-party partners. 

If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please DO NOT reach out or return items to our third-party partners. Reach out to petstoprints@yahoo.com for help with issues or returns.

*Excludes the purchase of the digital pet file as you receive it via email 

PHOTO USAGE FOR CONTENT

Once you submit a photo for your order for us to draw, the illustration we draw belongs to use despite the photo being yours. Unless you specify by email or messaging us on social media that you would not like your product mockup posted publicly, we may use that product mockup for content on our pages.
