Shipping Information

We partner with a nationwide network of printing companies and third-party companies to help us print and ship your products as efficiently and cost-effective as possible. Because our shipping is fulfilled by third-party companies, you may find that your product is delivered with information from our third-party partners. Information from our third-party partners may include fulfillment documents, stickers, or tags. Although you may receive this information from our third-party partners, Pets to Prints is involved with each and every step of getting your product to you, and we never share non-order related information about our customers with our third-party partners. 

A handful of our products are made in house and will ship directly from Pets to Prints, those products are available for free local pickup if you wish to do so. 

Orders take about a week on average to design, print, package, and ship out. All ship USPS and take about 3-5 business days to arrive.

If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please DO NOT reach out or return items to our third-party partners. Reach out to petstoprints@yahoo.com for help with issues or returns.

*Printing is also not a perfect process, the colors on screen may print a little off compared to your print. It is impossible to get the exact color on screen on the printed material. It will be very close but not exact.
